Refund policy

At Adzar, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 15 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is:

• Unused and in new condition.
• In its original packaging with proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions and a return shipping label.

Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.
